Is that actually a display that is from a past Valentine's Day? Pretty elaborate for one day.
From now on, please call it Valentimes Day.
Major, that was the entrance display for Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival which is usually held over a two month period in the Spring. The photo was actually taken in May of 2006.
Disney Topiaries are pretty amazing, and seem to be getting better and better with their use of different colors and "special effects" like a mane on The Lion King.
