Disneyland Souvenir Flashlights

These are vintage souvenir flashlights which used to be sold at Disneyland. When you push down on the white bar on the side of the flashlight, the small white door on top pops open and the light comes on. Check out Gorillas Don't Blog to see a great vintage window display of these flashlights.

Hi: Those are some really rare Disneyland souvenirs. Any chance of finding any of the Disneyland character sunglasses from the early 1960's with the character's head + a silhouette of Cinderella's castle behind plus the word "Disneyland" behind on a piece of plastic attached to the sunglasses at the top??? I used to have the blue one. I am in my 30s now, and still think about that flashlight that I had as a child, glowing through the blue plastic at night coming home from Disneyland with my family. Looks like a Disney blue sky at sundown....very cool. Magical!!!!

I was rummaging through my father's old stuff and I came across one of these flashlights (the blue one with the castle). I have no intention of selling it (I'm probably one of the few 17 year olds who respects and loves to hold onto antiques). Out of curiosity, would you happen to know what this flashlight would go for nowadays?

Matthew, I don't really know what these flashlights would sell for today, but you could check on ebay and see if there are any listed and their final price at closing. I don't blame you for not wanting to sell it though...especially if it was your father's!
